enter As a former hiker I recalled that they were excellent on uneven ground. Now as a “little old lady”; with arthritis and a artificial knee that is wearing out; I decided to try poles again for the balance & security. These poles are far superior to others that I tried. Light weight, easy to adjust(pain in hands is intense). Love the color & the choice of tips for multi surfaces Thanks to these poles I can & do get out and walk again instead of hobbeling.
It feels so good to be able to walk by myself whenever I want. Sometimes in nature and sometimes in the neighborhood.Besides, these are much “cooler” than a cane or walker.

I just used these for 7 miles of hiking in the Colorado Rockies. Poles are easy to adjust to your size, simply twist the poles to unlock and pull out the two sections to the desired height, then twist each section to tighten. I liked the spring in the pole to allow for jolts when you push down too hard. Wrist straps are comfortable. Be sure to keep the rubber tips for when you store the poles away until your next use.
